Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all sessions are offered online via secure video.
Do I have to live in Hawaiʻi to work with you?
Therapy is available to clients physically located in Hawaiʻi. Mental health coaching is available worldwide.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Therapy clients located in Hawaiʻi may be eligible to use Hawaiʻi insurance. Coaching is self-pay and not insurance-based.
What is your approach like?
My work is depth-oriented and parts-informed, with an emphasis on embodiment, self-trust, and understanding patterns rather than simply managing symptoms.
How much is it to work with you out of pocket?
Cash pay sessions range from $125-175/50 min sessions.
